Announcement on XMR Networks upgrade

Monero (XMR) will activate at block height 2,688,888 at 10:00 am UTC on Aug 13.

To ensure that Monero (XMR) Networks will be successfully upgraded, OKX will suspend the XMR deposit and withdrawal from 9:00 am UTC on Aug 13; Deposit and withdrawal will be recovered after the network upgrade, and we will not notify users in a further announcement.
