Learn about Trading Bots, trade and claim up to 60 USDT

1. The promoter of this Bot Up Your Game: Learn, Trade and Earn campaign ("Campaign") is OKX Australia Pty Ltd ("OKX", "we", "us").
2. Campaign Period: 6 February 2025 08:00 AEDT - 6 March 2025 23:59 AEDT (or until the Total Available Rewards are fully distributed, whichever is earlier).

   2. Watch educational videos: Learn about OKX Spot Grid and Spot DCA (Martingale) Bots by watching the embedded videos on the Campaign's landing page.
   3. Complete quizzes: Users can complete the Spot Grid Bot and Spot DCA (Martingale) Bot quizzes. Successfully completing each quiz (by achieving a 100% pass rate) earns the user 10 USDT. Users can earn a total of 20 USDT from completing Both quizzes. Quizzes offer unlimited attempts. Quiz rewards are initially limited to the first 1,500 eligible customers who pass the quizzes, but this cap may be adjusted based on campaign progress and prize pool availability.
   4. Create a Bot: Users who create a Spot Grid or Spot DCA (Martingale) Bot for the first time using the OKX app will earn 20 USDT. This reward is limited to the first 100 eligible customers who complete this task, limited to one .
   5. Creating a Bot and Trading: Users who create a Spot Grid or Spot DCA (Martingale) Bot using the OKX app and generate a minimum of 500 USDT equivalent in trading volume using the Bot during the Campaign Period will earn an additional 20 USDT.
5. Spot Grid Bot and Spot DCA (Martingale) Bot are currently only available on the OKX app and cannot be accessed via desktop or web platforms.
6. Reward details: The total maximum reward per user is 60 USDT, consisting of:

   2. 20 USDT for creating a Bot (limited to the first 100 eligible customers);
   3. 20 USDT for creating a Bot and generating 500 USDT equivalent in trading volume.
8. For tasks requiring a specific trading volume, the trading volume will be calculated in USDT. For trades involving non-USDT pairs (e.g. AUD pairs), the USDT equivalent will be determined based on the token's price against USDT.
9. All tasks must be completed during the Campaign Period to qualify for rewards. Rewards are limited to once per user per task, subject to availability.
10. Trades made will only count towards campaigns in which the user is enrolled, provided that such trades are eligible for those specific campaigns.
11. Reward calculation and distribution
12. 1. Total Available Rewards for this campaign is 50,000 USDT. Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until the Total Available Rewards is exhausted.

Rewards will automatically be credited to users' OKX accounts shortly after completion of the respective activities, subject to availability and provided the Total Available Rewards has not been reached. In the event of technical issues or system limitations, there may be a delay in the crediting of rewards. OKX reserves the right to postpone the issuance of rewards at its discretion as required, provided reasonable notice is given to users who are eligible for the rewards.

14. 1. This Campaign is open to users of OKX Australia Pty Ltd. Users of other OKX entities are excluded. Sub-accounts are also excluded.

    3. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of OKX are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

General terms

11. Users who participate in this Campaign acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.
12. These Terms & Conditions form part of the OKX Terms of Service - Australia. If you do not comply with the OKX Terms of Service - Australia at any time, you will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
13. We reserve the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time. In the event of termination or material amendments that are adverse to users, we will provide 3 business days’ notice by sending an email to users who have joined the Campaign and removing or updating the Campaign details from our webpage. During this notice period, participants may continue to complete tasks and will remain eligible for rewards as per the terms in place at the time of task completion. Any tasks completed before or during the notice period will remain eligible for reward(s) under the terms applicable at the time.

15. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

During the campaign period, OKX will monitor the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes, etc. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
