OKX will stop supporting Quick margin and Manual transfers modes in isolated margin and futures trading

To maintain trading stability, OKX will discontinue Quick margin mode in isolated margin trading, and Manual transfers mode in both isolated margin and futures trading. The update is scheduled for 8:00 am UTC on 29 May, 2024.

If you have any open orders or positions using Quick margin mode in isolated margin trading, or Manual transfers mode in either isolated margin or futures trading, we strongly recommend that you cancel such orders and close out such positions to avoid incurring any losses once the trading modes have been discontinued. Once you have closed out your positions and cancelled your orders, the system will automatically switch to Auto transfers mode in isolated margin and futures trading.

Important notes:

  • The update will not affect users that are currently using Auto transfers mode in isolated margin or futures trading. Frontend users that are unable to see the toggle between modes on the settings page are not affected as well.

  • Below are screenshots of the order page when in Auto transfers mode and the trade settings page.
