How do I verify as a government-owned enterprise?

To verify as a government-owned enterprise, please follow the steps below and submit the required documents and information.

1. Fill in basic company information and address information

Please follow the instructions in the institutional verification process and provide the following information:

  • Company name

  • Registration number

  • Date of incorporation

  • Registered address

  • Principal place of business address (if different from registered address)

2. Fill in basic identity ‌and address information of key roles of company

As part of our due diligence checks for regulatory purposes, OKX will require key roles of your company and the authorized user (if different from the key roles) of your institutional account to provide identity verification information during the institutional verification process. To register as a government-owned enterprise, you need to provide the information of:

  • At least one corporate officer/manager (e.g. CEO, CFO, COO)

  • The director (if any)

  • UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners)

  • The authorized user

3. Upload the photos or scans of the key roles' IDs

Please upload both the front and back of an ID. If the ID has no backside, then the front side or photo page will suffice.

4. Scan and upload the following documents

  • Certificate of incorporation or business registration (or an equivalent official document, e.g. business license)

  • Memorandum and articles of association

  • Directors register

  • Shareholders register or Beneficial Ownership structure chart (signed and dated within the last 12 months)

  • Proof of business address (if different from registered address)

5. Fill out the following templates to complete verification

Sign, scan and upload account opening authorization letter (a board resolution that includes such an authorization is also acceptable).
