How do I deposit USD with ACH Bank Transfer?

You can complete a USD deposit from your bank account to your OKX account using an ACH bank transfer. This payment method is currently only offered to our U.S. users residing in eligible states for cash deposit services.To initiate a transfer, you'll need to link your bank account. Once you've submitted your ACH deposit request, you can start trading while waiting for your funds to arrive from your bank.

How do I make a cash deposit?

On the web

  1. Log in to your account on app.okx.com, go to Assets, and select Deposit > United States Dollar to initiate a cash deposit

  2. Select Bank transfer (ACH) and + Add account to link your bank account via our trusted partners, such as Plaid

  3. Once you've linked your account, select Next and input your preferred amount, then select Preview deposit

  4. Make sure your deposit details are correct before selecting Deposit to initiate an ACH deposit

  1. Open your OKX app, select Deposit then Deposit USD

  3. Once you've linked your account, select Next and input your preferred amount, then select Preview

  4. Make sure your deposit details are correct before selecting Deposit to initiate an ACH deposit

Note:

  • Make sure the name on your OKX account matches the name on your bank account for a smooth deposit transaction

  • Once your ACH deposit request is successful, you can start trading immediately while waiting for your funds to arrive from your bank.

  • We'll hold the funds — or the equivalent crypto purchased with these funds — for a brief period before you can start withdrawing. The exact amount of time will be shown on the preview screen.
