Decimal update for IDR, VND, UGX, XOF, and XAF

To continue providing the best P2P trading experience, we’ll be updating the decimal precision for multiple trading pairs on July 21, 2023, 17:00 (UTC+8).
The changes include:
- Completely removing decimal places
- USDT/IDR, BTC/IDR, ETH/IDR, DAI/IDR, USDC/IDR, and TUSD/IDR
- USDT/VND, BTC/VND, ETH/VND, DAI/VND, USDC/VND, and TUSD/VND
- Increasing to 2 decimal places
- USDT/UGX, BTC/UGX, ETH/UGX, DAI/UGX, USDC/UGX, and TUSD/UGX
- USDT/XOF, BTC/XOF, ETH/XOF, DAI/XOF, USDC/XOF, and TUSD/XOF
- USDT/XAF, BTC/XAF, ETH/XAF, DAI/XAF, USDC/XAF, and TUSD/XAF
If you have any active ads for IDR or VND trading pairs, please update the unit price to whole numbers without decimal places. This ensures your trades won’t be affected after the update.
