New User Bonus program - Terms and Conditions

After registering with us, you'll be enrolled in the New User Bonus programme and eligible for exciting new user rewards:

  • Check out the simple tasks you have to complete and the rewards you are entitled to in the Campaign center after you signed up for an OKX account

  • Complete the required task within the task validity period and get rewarded

  • Claim your reward in Campaign center on OKX website or via OKX app

Note: New User Bonus rewards and tasks required may differ based on your sign up country of residence.

Terms and conditions:

  • Each reward might include crypto or rebate cards as rewards, and each reward must be opened within 30 days from receipt via OKX App or it will expire.

  • You can view your rewards earned from the New User Bonus programme on Campaign center > Tasks, and view your rewards on Reward center after claiming the rewards. After 180 days of sign-up, you will no longer be able to check your new user bonus programme tasks and rewards.

  • For crypto deposit related tasks, buying or depositing cryptos via internal transfers, red packets, rewards, and purchases via P2P sharing order will not be counted.

  • Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate in this program, or receive any rewards.

  • Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.

  • If there is any fraudulent behavior, such as fraudulent registration, buying or selling, or forging identity verification information, OKX will strictly review and control the situation, and reserves the right to cancel the participation eligibility and award rights of the related users.

  • OKX may delay the distribution of rewards due to system issues or other special circumstances. If you have not received the rewards within 48 hours after you complete the task, please contact customer service, and we will actively follow up on the situation.

  • OKX has the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or OKX's terms of service.

  • OKX reserves the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
