OKX will assess each sub-affiliate link with immediate effect. Links created after August 19, 2022 will be assessed from the third calendar month upon link creation.

Time: 1st of each month
Metrics: Number of active traders over the previous two months of each link
Rule: If active traders ≥ 5, the preset commission rate will be kept. Otherwise, the commission rate will be 0%.

In the first assessment, a link will be deleted if no invitees signed up or logged in to OKX using the link after more than 180 days.

When the link with a 0% commission rate meets the criteria once again, the original commission rate will be restored after the next assessment. If all of a sub-affiliate's links are deleted, the sub-affiliate account will be closed automatically. When the sub-affiliate closes their sub-affiliate account, they will no longer receive commissions. This action can't be undone, so we recommend communicating with your affiliates first.

As further detailed in the OKX Affiliate Rules and the OKX Sub-Affiliate Rules, all affiliates and sub-affiliates must remain fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations and shall be responsible for any violations thereof. All sub-affiliates are prohibited from posting links, and/or marketing or advertising directly, to users residing in the following countries, or other prohibited and restricted jurisdictions, as may change from time to time (collectively, the "Prohibited Jurisdictions") as provided in section 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.

Sub-affiliates (and affiliates) are also strictly prohibited from posting, linking, or submitting any links related to OKX on search engines, digital platforms, or any other online medium which could be accessible by individuals in Prohibited Jurisdictions.

Failure to adhere to the above guidelines may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to legal action and liability for damages, including those imposed by regulatory authorities within the specified jurisdictions.
