What's the Economic Calendar?

The Economic Calendar feature on the original chart allows you to track impactful events directly within your trading interface. It's a valuable tool designed to keep you informed about real-time updates on major economic events and announcements such as interest rate decisions, employment reports, and GDP releases providing critical insights for traders looking to stay ahead of market trends.

How to activate the Economic Calendar?

On the web

  1. Load the trading chart by navigating to the trading page, select the market you wish to trade in (for example, Spot, Futures)

  2. Select the Chart settings option

    Enter the Chart settings by selecting the option from the main menu

  3. In the chart settings menu, look for the Events option and check the boxes to turn the feature on before proceed to confirm it

    Head to Events and select all of the available options

  4. Once enabled, economic events will appear as markers or labels on the chart, aligned with their corresponding dates and times. Hover over or click the markers to view event details, such as descriptions and expected impacts.

    Now you can view the economic calendar that's complete with all the necessary details

  1. On the charting screen, select the settings option from the top menu, before selecting Chart settings
